What is an AI workflow review?
An AI workflow review is a short diagnostic of one real workflow before anything is built. Tacit maps the task, inputs, users, review points, outputs and failure modes, then says whether an agent version is worth building and what the first useful output should be.
What the review covers
The review looks at where work starts, which sources matter, who reviews output, what systems are involved, what breaks today and what a good first version would deliver.
What the client keeps
The client keeps the workflow map whether or not Tacit builds the agent. That is important: the review should create value before implementation begins.
