Tacit is a small London team building finance agents inside private-markets firms. The work is close to the user, judged on evidence, and signed by a person. Two roles are open.

We're deliberately small and senior. Everyone ships, everyone sits with the people who use the work, and nothing leaves the building without a name on it. The tools are whatever is best this quarter; the standard is whether a partner would act on the output.
